The Role
* Section Wait Staff – A‑La‑Carte and Gastro Pub Classics
* Food and Drink Servers – to suit all tastes and styles
We can offer various shifts, mainly in the evening, on both casual and part‑time contracts. For those on a current working holiday visa, we request a minimum 6‑month working commitment.
About You
* Experience in a high‑volume, a‑la‑carte restaurant is advantageous
* An absolute passion for your craft
* A high standard of service and excellent attention to detail
* The ability to anticipate and respond to customer requests in a professional and timely manner
* NSW RSA Certificate
* POS experience
* A natural energy and confidence with a fun and positive attitude
* An innate ability to engage with our guests, enhancing their experience and leaving them with lasting memories
