We are seeking a detail-oriented Metal Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Liverpool.
Key Responsibilities
* Negotiate contracts with suppliers of aluminium, copper, steel wires, nylon, and overseas materials.
* Manage all open purchase orders to ensure timely supply.
* Create and maintain SAP outline agreements, material codes, and master data records.
Purchasing Operations
* Resolve invoicing queries by verifying pricing and quantities, and adjusting POs as needed.
* Maintain supplier approval, audit, and evaluation systems.
Metals Hedging & Supply Management
* Implement and manage hedging procedures for metal procurement.
* Provide hedge management support to regional affiliates.
Reporting
* Prepare monthly metal position reports.
