Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per annum (depending on experience and skill set).
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Purchasing Manager to lead and oversee procurement and inventory operations across our dynamic, multi‐venue environment. This key role is responsible for managing supplier relationships, controlling costs, and ensuring the efficient supply of goods across Gaming, Hotel and Food & Beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage purchasing and procurement across the departments.
* Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
* Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and stock rotation.
* Ensure timely and accurate distribution of goods.
* Monitor costs, budgets and identify savings opportunities.
* Maintain compliance with health, safety and storage standards.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in purchasing, procurement or stores management.
* Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
* Experience in hospitality or large‐scale operations preferred.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* High attention to detail and cost awareness.
