About the Role
We are seeking a full-time pharmacist to join our growing pharmacy team at Tasman Health Care Pharmacy, based in Southport on the Gold Coast. This role reports directly to the Pharmacy Manager and offers a unique opportunity to develop specialised skills in oncology and clinical trials within a supportive environment.

Our ideal candidate is a motivated and patient-focused pharmacist who is committed to delivering exceptional clinical services. You will be enthusiastic, team-oriented, and eager to develop your skills in oncology and clinical trials. Comprehensive training and support will be provided by our experienced pharmacy team.
Key Responsibilities
* Clinically screen oncology treatment protocols
* Provide patient counselling and supportive care recommendations
* Perform dispensing and clinical pharmacy services for the day infusion unit
* Participate in aseptic compounding (training provided)
* Oversee pharmacy technicians and support workflow
* Contribute to clinical trials, including documentation and investigational product compounding
* Deliver clinical services in accordance with professional, legislative, and ethical standards
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
* Conduct in-services and educational sessions
* Mentor pharmacy students on placement
* Demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt as the business grows

Skills & Experience
* Pharmacy degree with current AHPRA registration
* 1–2 years of pharmacy experience preferred
* Australian work rights
* Current professional indemnity insurance
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Desirable:
* Experience in hospital or clinical pharmacy
* Exposure to oncology and/or aseptic compounding
