About Oral Health Victoria
Oral Health Victoria (formerly Dental Health Services Victoria) is the leading public oral health agency in Victoria. We aim to improve the oral health of all Victorians, particularly vulnerable groups, and those most in need. Oral Health Victoria (OHV) is funded by the State Government to provide clinical dental services to eligible Victorians. As trusted advisors in public oral health policy and program and guideline development, we continue to contribute to improving oral health in our communities.
About the role
Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service in a meaningful healthcare setting?
You will be the first point of contact for our consumers, playing a key part in shaping their experience with our services. You'll help connect people to the care they need by providing clear, compassionate, and accurate support.
Responsibilities
* Support consumers through a variety of channels including telephony (inbound and outbound calls)
* Email communications
* Service desk environment
* General administrative support
Qualifications
* Contact centre experience: worked in a contact centre or fast‐paced customer service role and know how to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.
* Tech confidence with Microsoft Office: comfortable navigating Outlook, Word, and Excel, and able to learn new systems quickly.
* Master of organisation: excellent time‐management, prioritising, meeting deadlines and keeping things running smoothly even when the day gets hectic.
* Natural communicator: love helping people over the phone, in an email, or via live chat; clear, friendly, and professional communication style, with strong listening and empathy skills.
* Relationship‐builder: strong interpersonal skills, building positive interactions and trust with stakeholders and colleagues.
* Administrative all‐rounder: experience handling a range of administrative tasks, confident jumping between priorities while staying organised and focused.
