Job Title: Accommodation Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the efficient management of hotel Front Office operations, ensuring exceptional customer service.
* Supervise all reservations, guest arrivals, and departures to guarantee seamless room allocations and check-in/check-out processes.
* Drive sales and marketing targets within the Front Office team based on key deliverables set by the Sales Department.
* Optimize the use of Front Office systems, producing accurate reports to meet operational needs.
* Ensure efficient lobby services, prioritizing guest arrivals and departures.
* Collaborate with Maintenance to address maintenance requests promptly, focusing on guest needs.
* Operate an effective night audit function, emphasizing accuracy and attention to detail while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
* Prepare recurring Front Office reports, highlighting key performance indicators.
* Support Housekeeping to maintain high room cleanliness standards while meeting productivity goals.
* Support Maintenance to ensure room standards, public areas, and resort assets are maintained while meeting productivity goals.
* Maintain public areas' cleanliness and appearance through regular monitoring.
* Comply with WHS and Compliance procedures and policies.
