The Procurement and Contracts Pricing Analyst is responsible for leading the pricing analysis and financial components of strategic and complex ICT, managed services and scientific equipment procurements and contract management matters across the Bureau. The role plays an integral part in the overall effectiveness of the Procurement & Contracts function, in accordance with practices consistent with legislation, Government policy and enterprise processes, ensuring both strategic priorities and governance requirements are balanced to support delivery of Bureau strategy.
The role is responsible for leading, development and modelling of financial and non-financial inputs required during the procurement and contract management lifecycles across a broad range of strategic, complex RFxs and contracts, spanning across a range of procurement categories.This includes RFx development and statement of requirements pricing, commercial evaluation, negotiation, and drafting of pricing terms through to contract execution and / or contract variations of existing agreements.
The role is also responsible for supporting Procurement and Contracts reporting requirements, including the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Bureau's contract register, and other regular reporting requirements using the PowerBI service.
