We're looking for an Artist Bookings & Event Specialist to curate, program, and deliver high-impact events across our partner venues.
You'll draw on your entertainment industry knowledge and network to book talent, design memorable experiences, and add tangible value for our venue partners.
This is a fast-paced and dynamic role where project management, creativity and communication are key.
You'll collaborate closely with our Trade Marketing, Sales, Brand and Venue teams to ensure every event runs seamlessly.

Key Accountabilities
Event ideation and concept creation
Booking talent in the music, comedy, sports and entertainment fields
Engaging third party promoters and event managers
Engaging third party event suppliers including production, marketing, photography and videography
Coordinating and distributing marketing assets
Create value to our customers by driving additional footfall for venues
Partnering with the venues to engage the right staff and third-party providers to seamlessly execute events
Liaising with internal teams such as Brands, Marketing and Sales to deliver events and amplify branding
Management of event budgets, supplier payments and invoicing
About you
Proven industry experience and strong local knowledge of Melbourne's entertainment, music, sport and talent landscape is essential
Demonstrated experience in talent booking and event management
Sales and / or marketing experience
Ability to manage internal and external relationships
Knowledge of digital and social media marketing
Business Case Development and an understanding of creating value
