About the Opportunity:
* You will report to the Operations Manager and focus on developing strong customer relationships within our business.
About the Role:
* You will provide assistance and support to customers, process sales orders, manage stock control, and prepare orders for delivery.
* You will be responsible for delivering customer service, being the primary contact for key clients regarding product pricing, logistics, and availability.
* You will offer proactive solutions to resolve customer issues.
* You will establish ongoing relationships with new and existing customers.
* You will be responsible for farm deliveries via HR truck and light vehicle.
About You:
* You must have previous experience in a team support role within a busy environment.
* You must have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and an interest in the agriculture industry.
* You must demonstrate effective communication skills, a proactive approach to work, and practical organizational skills.
* You must have excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, as well as empathy to resolve customer issues promptly.
* You must have excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
