You are a seasoned procurement professional who brings credibility, sound judgement, and a commitment to high standards of probity and best practice. You thrive in delivering complex, high?value and high?risk procurement activities, working with confidence across diverse stakeholder groups. Highly analytical, you interpret data, trends, and spend insights to strengthen decision?making and support strategic procurement outcomes.

What you'll do

As the Senior Procurement Advisor (Facilities Management), you will play a central role in leading end?to?end sourcing projects, supporting organisational decision?making, and embedding procurement excellence across UniSQ. Your work will help shape the University's procurement maturity and drive continuous improvement.

You will:

* Lead complex procurement projects by managing end-to-end sourcing processes, preparing high-quality documentation, and coordinating evaluations to ensure probity, compliance, and defensible outcomes
* Provide high-level procurement advice to senior stakeholders, assisting with procurement planning, risk assessments, and strategic decision-making
* Apply data and analytics to procurement activities by monitoring spend, analysing trends, identifying risks and opportunities, and preparing reports to support category planning, governance, and value-for-money outcomes
* Promote responsible and sustainable procurement aligned with UniSQ's carbon?neutral commitments

What will help you succeed

* A relevant degree with experience, or extensive specialist expertise in procurement.
* Demonstrated capability delivering complex, high?risk procurement projects in large organisations
* Advanced knowledge of procurement legislation, policies, and frameworks
* Strong analytical capability and experience leveraging procurement data and insights
* High?level communication, negotiation, and relationship?building skills
* Membership with Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) or a similar professional body is desirable

Term: Full-time continuing appointment

Salary: Total remuneration range $119,378 to $132,004 pa (includes salary range of $100,677 to $111,325 pa, employer super contributions of 17% and annual leave loading)
