We’re on the lookout for a Partner Marketing Coordinator to support our Partner Marketing team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to grow in the fast-paced, collaborative world of B2B and trade marketing. You’ll gain hands-on experience across marketing campaigns, content coordination, and campaign execution.
What You'll Be Doing
* Coordinating timelines, task updates, and asset delivery using tools like Monday.com.
* Organising partner marketing assets and maintaining up-to-date campaign calendars and trackers.
* Supporting the rollout of tactical campaigns including promotions, newsletters, and co-branded collateral.
* Briefing marketing requests from Sales teams into the Design team and ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
* Drafting and proofreading marketing content for Sales teams and advisors.
* Internal and external communication to key stakeholders of promotional updates and campaigns.
* Performing quality assurance checks across digital platforms to ensure campaign accuracy.
* Helping to gather campaign results and prepare performance reports for internal stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
* 1+ year in a marketing, administrative, or sales support role (internship experience counts!)
* Exposure to B2B or digital marketing is a plus
* A genuine interest in travel, tourism, and the role marketing plays in connecting people to the world
* Organised, detail-oriented, self-starter that’s able to juggle multiple tasks with ease
* Clear communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
* Curious and proactive, you’re someone who wants to learn and grow
Tech You’ll Use
* Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
* Monday.com, Salesforce or CRM tools (experience ideal, but we’ll teach you!)
* Basic familiarity with GA4, CMS platforms, Canva, or email marketing tools is a bonus
