ERP Transformation Specialist
Our organization is undergoing a significant transformation with the implementation of a new JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP system. This project aims to enhance operational efficiency and streamline business processes.
* Lead change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and readiness assessments.
* Develop and deliver comprehensive training strategies, plans and materials for diverse user groups.
* Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, creating engaging resources such as guides, e-learning modules, and quick reference tools.
* Build and support a network of "super-users" to act as local champions during and after the rollout.
* Partner closely with project teams, technical specialists, and business stakeholders to ensure high adoption and minimal disruption.
* Monitor, measure and continuously improve training effectiveness.
Your Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in change management and training delivery within ERP or large-scale IT projects. Previous exposure to JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP rollout is highly desirable.
* Expertise in developing and executing change management and communication strategies.
* Strong facilitation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Familiarity with change management tools and methodologies (e.g. ADKAR).
* Ability to travel interstate and work flexibly as required to support national project delivery.
Background in aviation, catering or hospitality industries is advantageous.
