Position Profile:
Responsible to the DON/HSM for the day-to-day management and coordination of the Accident and Emergency, Theatre and Central Sterilising Supply Department of the Katanning Health Service.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
* Demonstrated excellent clinical nursing knowledge and skills particularly in Accident & Emergency.
* Working knowledge of the Operating theatres and Central Sterilisation and Supply Department.
* Demonstrated advanced level of communication skills (oral and written).
* Demonstrated commitment to professional development.
* Demonstrated advanced leadership skills.
* Comprehensive knowledge of quality management and accreditation processes.
