**About this Role**:
As a Residence Manager provides leadership, direction, care and financial management to meet all requirements. The Residence Manager is accountable to the State Manager for the outcomes of the
- medium sized _residence.
**Requirements to be successful**
- AHPRA-approved Registered Nurse (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in this role
- Strong Leadership skills
- Extensive operational management experience in Aged Care
- Have previous experience successfully implementing a culture and organisational changes
- Successfully implemented HR management principles and practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Sound knowledge and understanding of Aged Care Standards
