About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Operations Leader to drive success in our optical stores.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily store operations, ensuring seamless delivery of exceptional customer service.
* Implement effective roster changes and drive sales through key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Cultivate and develop retail teams, focusing on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
* Support the retail team with customer service, pre-testing, and dispensing eyewear products.
* Collaborate with the Retail Director to resolve customer complaints efficiently.
* Maintain high standards of store presentation and stock management.
Requirements
* Leadership Skills: Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager, with ability to multitask and develop high-performing teams.
* Practical Abilities: Evaluate and implement innovative measures to enhance store performance. Optical industry experience is preferred, with full training provided for successful candidates.
* Teamwork: Foster a culture of collaboration and motivate teams to achieve their best.
* Proactivity: Respond effectively to changing circumstances and delegate tasks efficiently.
