Manufacturing Process Specialist
Key Responsibilities
* Provide frontline IT support across hardware, software, network, and business systems to optimize operations.
* Troubleshoot and maintain devices used in manufacturing-style environments to improve efficiency.
* Support laundry management systems and associated operational technology to enhance productivity.
* Work closely with operations teams to understand production workflows and identify areas for improvement.
You will also analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, develop insights, and contribute to improvements across our manufacturing operation. We're interested in candidates with experience in IT Support/Business Analyst roles within similar industries such as FMCG or logistics.
