About the opportunity
The Tender Plan Presenter plays a pivotal client-facing role in guiding customers who have already committed to building their dream home. You will bring clarity and confidence to the early stages of the build by presenting scope, plans, and costs while setting expectations for the preconstruction journey ahead. More specifically, you will:
• Present and explain Scope of Work documents for clients' new home builds
• Walk clients through initial plans and architectural designs, including design variations
• Help clients understand their building costs, inclusions, and any opportunities or limitations
• Set expectations around the preconstruction process, including HIA contract signing and timeframes
• Liaise closely with drafting and estimating teams to ensure accuracy and alignment prior to Scope of Work acceptance
• Identify tender pricing anomalies and escalate major discrepancies to the relevant managers
• Deliver a professional, reassuring, and high-quality customer experience at a critical stage of the build journey
About you
You're detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and share our passion for being Australia's leading residential builder. You'll also align with our core values and bring:
• Strong ability to understand, interpret, and clearly communicate technical building and planning concepts
• Confident presenter with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to identify inconsistencies or discrepancies
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for guiding clients through complex decisions
• Experience in residential construction sales, estimating, drafting, or preconstruction
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams
