The Role
We are looking for a dedicated Account Executive to nurture and grow our established client base. Reporting to the Director of Business Development & Strategy, your primary focus will be building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving revenue growth within existing accounts.
This position prioritises the management of a portfolio of key digital signage clients and ensuring long‐term client satisfaction. You will act as a strategic partner to our clients, ensuring they get the most out of our suite of products, including retail digital displays, LED screens, interactive displays and present cross‐selling opportunities for the broader group.
Key Responsibilities
* Relationship Management: Manage a dedicated portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact to ensure retention and satisfaction.
* Account Growth: Identify opportunities for revenue growth within existing accounts by presenting tailored solutions that meet evolving client needs.
* Project Delivery: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Project Managers, Logistics, and the Support Desk, to deliver seamless customer experiences and ensure projects are executed successfully.
* Consultative Sales: Create estimates and proposals based on specific client requirements and negotiate contracts that ensure profitability.
* Client Support: Manage the client during the post‐sale support process, ensuring all requests are responded to promptly and effectively.
Operational Standards
We are committed to responsiveness and quality. In this role, you will:
* Respond to customer requests for assistance within a 4‐hour timeframe (business hours).
* Follow up on all quotes within 24 hours of submission.
* Maintain accurate CRM records to track account health and opportunities.
Skills & Experience
* Experience: 3–5 years of B2B Sales or Account Management experience, ideally in digital signage, SaaS, media technology, or AV/IT solutions.
* Technical Advantage: Experience with commercial LED screens is highly advantageous to help you advise clients on our specific product range.
* Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with C‐level executives and decision‐makers.
* Approach: A consultative selling style with the ability to identify and understand complex client needs.
* Organisation: Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver results under deadlines.
