Who We Are:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Merchandising Coordinator to take ownership of our end to end in store presentation strategy and support the continued evolution of our national retail footprint.
Reporting to the Head Of Merchandise & Directors, this role plays a key leadership position responsible for store layout, visual merchandising standards, and execution across all store locations in Australia and New Zealand.

The Role:
You will partner closely with senior leadership and store operations to ensure our stores lead the market and are visually compelling, commercially optimised, and consistently executed across the network.
This is a hands-on role based in our Riverwood Head Office, with interstate travel to support openings, refurbishments, and team coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead national merchandising execution across retail locations in AU/NZ, aligned to commercial goals and growth plans
* Oversee layout planning and execution for new store builds, relocations and refurbishments
* Develop and maintain visual merchandising standards and in-store presentation guidelines
* Collaborate with Store Operations, Buying, Marketing and Property / Fit-Out teams to deliver promotional activities and product launches
* Analyse performance metrics, sales data and customer behaviour to identify improvement opportunities
* Support store growth planning, retail concepts and future format development
* Assist, develop and mentor merchandising and VM team members across retail stores.
What You Bring:
* Proven experience in retail merchandising (multi-site essential)
* Demonstrated success managing large-scale merchandising programs across national or large-format retail
* Strong capability in store layout & retail design, space planning, traffic flow and customer experience
* Commercially minded with strong understanding of merchandising impact on conversion and profitability
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Hands-on, solutions-focused, resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in hardware, trade, tools, industrial or big-box retail highly regarded
