Work closely with the Store Managers in leading the team, and managing operations to achieve successCoach and develop team membersLive, breathe & role model genuine service, creating moments that matter for customersAre safety leaders, always providing the safest work environment for themselves, team members & customersAlways set a positive exampleOften have opening and closing responsibilities
About You
Have previous supervisory experience, or be ready for that next stepDemonstrate previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experienceIdeally have mechanical / automotive parts knowledgeHave a flexible availability and hold a valid driver’s licenceHave the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role (including handling products of a heavy nature)Prioritise safety
Note, this role will require lifting, bending, climbing & safe driving.
