* About the Role: We are seeking experienced Support Workers who are available to work across a 24/7 roster to join our team in Ballarat. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing personalised care and support tailored to their unique needs and goals. Your dedication will contribute to creating a more inclusive and compassionate society.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Deliver high-quality support services to customers with disabilities.
o Assist clients in daily activities such as personal care, mobility, and skill development.
o Promote community integration and support clients in accessing social and recreational activities.
o Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised support plans.
o Encourage independence and empower clients to achieve their personal goals.
o Advocate for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities.

About You
* Current Driver’s Licence and First Aid & CPR Certificate.
* Availability to work across a 24/7 roster, including sleepovers and active night shifts.
* Passionate about human rights and creating positive change.
* Empathetic and compassionate, with a keen understanding of diverse experiences.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Enthusiastic team player, eager to collaborate.
* Hold or be willing to obtain relevant regulatory requirements, including a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
