Your Profile To be the successful candidate you will be immediately available and have experience in the following areas: Essential Candidate Criteria Education & Experience : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, with 3 years' experience in enterprise databases and data warehousing (especially SQL Server). Technical Proficiency : Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL, DAX, ETL processes, and data modelling. Skilled in Power BI for reporting, dashboard creation, and data exploration. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills : Exceptional ability to analyse user requirements, identify data trends, and develop actionable insights. Adept at troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues. Project & Process Management : Experience across the full development lifecycle, including project management, data flowcharting, and continuous process improvement. Communication & Collaboration : Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Proven ability to work collaboratively in team environments and engage effectively with stakeholders. Data Visualisation & Governance : Understanding of best practices in data visualisation, privacy, and compliance. Ability to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and secure handling. Desirable Candidate Criteria CRM Platform Experience : Familiarity with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management systems. Advanced Qualifications : Postgraduate studies in data science, data analytics, or a related discipline.
