Are you ready to take on a pivotal leadership role in credit operations? As a Credit Team Leader, you will oversee the Toby's Estate ledger, manage collections and reconciliations, and maintain day-to-day control over credit performance.
The Key Responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end credit process for Toby's Estate, including reconciliations, collections, and stakeholder follow-up
* Monitor and assign tasks within the shared inbox and credit queues
* Provide daily support, escalations, and check-ins with the credit team across brands
* Lead short team huddles every few days, focused one-to-ones with team members and oversee annual goal setting and mid-year reviews
* Drive process improvements and efficiency gains in tandem with business-as-usual delivery
* Partner with the Financial Controller on reporting, internal controls, and escalation of risk
What You'll Bring
