- Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and surpass sales targets.
- Identify, build relationships with, and engage with key decision-makers to promote our portfolio of biotech solutions
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring flawless implementation of our products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine customer needs and successfully implement tailored solutions
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Attend industry conferences and events to network and showcase our products and services
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a scientific field, preferably in biotechnology or a related area. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on the biotech industry
- Exceptional communication, presentation, relationship building and negotiation skills
- Ambitious and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend external events and conferences where required to build opportunity pipleline
