Cinema Attendant Position
This role entails delivering exceptional customer service and executing tasks associated with the operation of a cinema entertainment complex. Team members must be accountable for maintaining the quality of their work, subject to routine supervision either individually or in a team environment.

* Customer Service:
o Continuously monitor and consistently deliver high-standard customer service.
o Address and handle minor customer feedback, ensuring prompt resolution while maintaining a positive customer experience.
* Retail Sales:
o Proficiency in operating register systems and ticketing software.
o Product knowledge.
o Till management and cash handling responsibilities.
* Prioritize and proactively attend to customer needs to maintain elevated customer service standards.
* Presentation and maintenance of games machines.
* Queue management and crowd control including allocated seating coordination.
