As a Junior Account Manager at Cartridge World Australia & New Zealand, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of our business. What you'll be doing
* Actively manage and build strong relationships with our existing customer base
* Respond to customer inquiries, provide expert advice, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction
* Identify and proactively pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned accounts
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
* Assist with the preparation of customer proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documentation
* Provide regular updates and reports on account activity and performance
* Contribute to the overall growth and development of the sales function within the organisation
What we're looking for
* 1-2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within the B2B or retail sectors (desired, not essential)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
* Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to address customer needs effectively
* Proficient in using sales CRM tools and software to manage accounts and track performance
* A team player with a proactive, customer-focused approach to their work
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* Familiarity with the sales and account management processes within the B2B or retail industries
* Ability to think on your feet and create beneficial solutions
