Key Sales Leadership Role
This position is responsible for driving revenue growth and developing sales strategies for the pre-opening phase of a luxury hotel.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing opening sales plans, identifying high-potential segments, building an opening pipeline, and securing early business to ensure a strong day-one pickup.
Key tasks include conducting practice sales calls, site tours, sales blitzes, and client engagements, representing the hotel at industry events, partnering with marketing to support opening campaigns, digital activation, and brand-building activities, negotiating contracts, rates, and long-term partnerships, creating proposals and sales presentations, and monitoring market trends to adjust strategy as needed.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of sales experience in hospitality
* Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building relationships with key clients
* Strong understanding of commercial operations and sales strategies
