Commercial Property Sales & Leasing Executive Role

This position involves sourcing, listing, selling and leasing commercial properties in the Ballarat region.

* Establish strong relationships with key clients to increase market presence.
* Negotiate property transactions from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include:

* Sourcing and listing commercial properties.
* Maintaining an active pipeline of potential buyers and sellers.
* Cultivating strong relationships with key account clients.
* Delivering market knowledge and advice to clients.

The ideal candidate is a commercially astute individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to converse with a diverse range of stakeholders. A current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate is also required.
