We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Business Support Officer to provide administrative support to senior managers and the broader team. This key role will involve managing high volumes of data, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating effective internal and external communications.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in data entry, and have a strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and address potential discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Manage multiple inboxes and respond to internal and external correspondence
 * Assist with accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and making payments
 * Provide administrative support, such as ordering supplies, managing fleet bookings, and assisting with IT
 * Data entry, reporting, and running compliance checks to ensure accuracy within supplier databases
Requirements:
 * Proven experience in an administration support role
 * Previous experience in data entry, with a focus on speed and accuracy
 * High level of attention to detail and ability to work independently
