Park Operations Manager Role
We are seeking a results-driven Park Operations Manager to lead daily park operations and drive exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a strong leadership presence, with the ability to motivate and develop a passionate team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in managing budgets, resources, and team performance. A valid driver's licence and willingness to live on-site are also essential requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and supporting a team across reception, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
* Driving a positive, performance-focused culture
* Managing financial performance, P&L, and revenue opportunities
* Ensuring park safety, cleanliness, compliance, and welcome
* Collaborating with internal teams including revenue, HR, and marketing
* Being available for after-hours operational needs as required
About You:
* Proven leadership experience in holiday parks, hospitality, accommodation, or tourism
* Strong people leadership and performance management skills
* Strong financial acumen including budget management and cost controls
* Great communication and team development skills
* Tech confidence, especially with RMS or similar systems (preferred)
* A valid driver's licence
* Willingness to live on-site as part of your total package
