Role Description RAYA CX is seeking a full-time Customer Service Agent for an on-site role located in Maadi, QLD. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. Daily tasks include handling customer calls, emails, or chats, processing orders, providing product or service information, and escalating complex issues when needed. You will play a critical role in maintaining a positive customer experience and supporting team performance goals.
Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen actively and clarify customer inquiriesProblem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to effectively handle customer concernsProficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools, ticketing systems, and basic computer applicationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate adaptability to handle multiple tasks efficientlyTeamwork and collaboration abilities to coordinate with team members and other departmentsExperience in customer service, BPO, or related fields is an advantageHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in customer service is a plus
