Quality Assurance Specialist
The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission is seeking experienced quality assurance specialists to join our team in Darwin, Australia. As a quality assurance specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of care provided to older Australians.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct site visits to assess the performance of aged care providers' systems and processes.
* Collect and document evidence in alignment with the audit methodology and the audit plan.
* Engage professionally with care delivery location workers, older people, and their representatives.
* Identify and escalate risk and issues to the Lead Specialist.
About the Role - Lead Specialist:
* Lead the site visit component of assessments to evaluate the performance of aged care provider's systems and processes.
* Working in the field to collect and document evidence in alignment with the assessment methodology.
* Lead site visit delivery, including delegating tasks effectively.
* Contribute to an effective and efficient collaborative team approach.
* Identify, triage, and escalate risks and issues to the Assistant Director.
Position Details:
A competitive salary will be offered based on skills and experience, accompanied by 15.4% superannuation. Roles are offered on an Ongoing/Non-Ongoing basis.
