In this role, you will lead a team of staff and volunteers who are passionate about giving back to their communities.

Key responsibilities include: Leading our volunteer team to deliver excellent customer experiences Achieving and surpassing sales targets Training and supporting our dedicated volunteers About Vinnies: The St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria, with over 12,000 volunteers, provides practical welfare support, advocacy, and friendship to vulnerable community members.
Our services include Vinnies Shops, Soup Vans, mental health support programs, home visitation, youth initiatives, assistance for asylum seekers and refugees, education, and other volunteer-led projects.
Our mission is to support people in need with dignity and hope, empowering them to take control of their lives.
