Once in a Lifetime Role in Victoria
Highly skilled Property Investment Advisor to form a critical part of our experienced and goal driven team which is now expanding into Victoria in our Mount Waverley Head Office.
Reporting to the Group Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Meeting with clients to understand their current position and investment goals
* Presenting detailed information around property investment principles
* Creating and implementing a tailored investment strategy
* Providing customers with a first-class experience, exceeding customer service expectations
* Presenting property investment options and completing contracts
* Working with strategic partners including mortgage brokers and conveyancers; and
* Provide continual client management support through the process from sale through to settlement and beyond.

The successful candidate will have:
* A minimum of 2 years sales experience within the property industry, investment sales or finance industry
* A general understating of property investment principles.
* Highly developed communication skills and a consultative approach
* The ability to work collaboratively within a unified team
* The ability to work flexible hours
* Finance knowledge would be highly regarded
* Well-developed organisational and client management capabilities; and
* Experience working with a range of IT applications and software.
