The Role:
Are you a creative all-rounder who loves both web and graphic design?
We're looking for someone who can take a concept and turn it into a digital experience that looks great and feels effortless to use. From building responsive websites to designing brand visuals, you'll help our clients stand out online and in print.
If you've got a keen eye for detail, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for design that works, we'd love to chat.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and prototype eye-catching, responsive websites and landing pages that capture each client's brand personality.
* Create standout graphic design assets — from logos and brand collateral to social media visuals, campaign graphics, and presentation materials.
* Collaborate with our Team and clients to turn creative concepts into polished, purposeful designs that make an impact.
* Craft intuitive digital experiences by applying strong UI/UX principles and a keen eye for detail.
* Build wireframes, mockups, and style guides to ensure every project is visually consistent and on-brand.
* Keep your finger on the pulse of design trends, emerging tech, and fresh creative tools.
* Optimise designs for performance and accessibility, ensuring everything looks great and works seamlessly across platforms.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in web/graphic design (portfolio required).
* Minimum 3-5 years of web design experience required.
* Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, HTML, CSS (JavaScript a plus).
* Intermediate HTML/CSS coding skills required.
* Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva Pro, and Figma required.
* Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
* Intermediate understanding of SEO principles.
* Motion graphics or animation skills (optional).

Pay
The hourly rate may be negotiated with the right candidate.
