HR Administrator Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR administrator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to our internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with the HR team to achieve this goal. Key attributes include attention to detail, a proactive approach, and excellent organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support to the HR team in delivering HR services to employees
* Managing document processing in Word, generating and sending employment contracts, managing a service desk environment, and database administration
* Coordinating events and meetings, including preparing agendas, meeting minutes, and presentations
* Maintaining accurate records and databases to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Well-developed organisational and administrative skills, including strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise and manage own workload
* Demonstrated ability to effectively deal with sensitive issues while maintaining confidentiality
