THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Building Designer to join a dynamic architectural and design team.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality small to medium density residential projects from concept through documentation using Revit.

Duties
Prepare conceptual and detailed designs for small to medium density residential projects using Revit
Develop documentation for DA, CDC, and construction approvals
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct site visits and provide technical support during construction
Ensure designs comply with building codes, standards, and client requirements
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design standards and Revit best practices
About You
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Building Designer or Architect
Proven experience in Revit and other design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
Strong background in residential building design, preferably small to medium density projects
Knowledge of building codes, standards, and planning regulations
Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Passion for creative, functional, and compliant residential design solutions
