Salary: plus 99c allowance per km travelled
About this role: Programmed Care requires support staff to assist our aged care clients within their own homes.
This role requires a wide travel radius throughout Brisbane's Southern suburbs.
The successful applicant must be prepared to travel throughout the Jimboomba/Beaudesert regions.
This position requires employees to assist with personal care as well as some light domestic duties and shopping on behalf of the client.
These services are day services and you will be required to visit multiple clients in different locations within their own homes.
You are paid for the full shifts and travel, including a 99 cents/KM allowance for the time you travel between clients.
Shifts are set, Monday to Friday, between 0700 and 1630.
You will need to have:
Current Cert III Aged care, Individual Care, Disability or Community Care
2 x professional references
Experience, in a comparable role in aged care facility, in home support, community role
RELIABLE INSURED MOTOR VEHICLE
Vehicle Registration
Drivers Licence - (International accepted)
Current National Police Clearance Check completed within last 12 months
Passport and/or birth certificate (proof of Australian Working Rights)
Current First Aid & CPR
Current Blue Card
Evidence of Covid Vaccination - (2 doses- Essential for work in the aged care sector)
