About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Home & Garden worker to assist our clients with maintaining their gardens. This role is all about supporting independence, dignity, and quality of life for our clients in the community.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Mowing lawns and edge trimming to maintain safe access for our clients
* Supporting clients in keeping their environment safe and accessible
* Following client care plans and reporting any concerns to the office team
* Providing friendly, respectful, and professional service at all times
What we're looking for:
* A practical, can-do attitude and willingness to help others
* Good communication skills and a client-focused approach
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Current driver's licence (essential)
* First AID and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
* Police Check and NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
