Job Description
We're looking for a friendly and reliable Catering Assistant to help create a welcoming dining experience at one of our key aged care residences in East Perth, Western Australia.
Roster: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am – 1:00 pm
Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation and service
Provide friendly and efficient customer service to residents and staff
Re-stocking as required, and after meal periods
Dishwashing and cleaning kitchen & dining areas
Maintaining food hygiene and safety practices
Prepare and present texture-modified foods
Desired Skills & Experience
Previous experience in kitchen assistance, food preparation, and/or customer service
Strong teamwork and communication skills
High standards of personal presentation and hygiene
Previous experience in aged care (preferred but not essential)
