Job Overview
As a Training Systems Officer, you will play a crucial role in the education and training of Navy personnel to ensure they are qualified and job-ready.
* You will design, develop, and manage adult education and vocational training systems and solutions across the Navy.
* Your duties include developing, designing, and evaluating training solutions and workplace assessment processes, as well as training management and governance.
* You will also facilitate the training and development of instructors across the Navy, identify individual competency needs, administer training and assessment systems, and provide advice on education and training policy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have relevant qualifications and experience in education and training.
You must be over 17 years old at the time of enlistment, an Australian citizen, and able to provide evidence that you are enrolled in or studying a Bachelor's degree in either Adult Learning, Vocational Education and Training, Training and Development, or Secondary Education.
