About the Opportunity
Due to long-term continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Project Coordinator to our team to help us expand and provide total satisfaction to our customers.
Based at our office in Para Hills West, South Australia and reporting directly to our National Infrastructure Manager, you will be working within our Infrastructure Team and supporting our efforts Nationally.
Responsibilities
* Monitoring, reviewing and adjusting project works to ensure timelines are met.
* Coordinating the purchase and delivery of goods for the project.
* Providing regular progress reports and updates to the Project Manager/Operations Manager.
* Supervising and coordinating the tasks and activities of employees and subcontractors to ensure continuity and correct sequencing of work.
* Assist with workload and manpower planning within opportunity pipeline.
* Assist with estimating minor and major projects.
* Updating drawings via PDF.
* Coordinating projects within Dynamics 365.
* This is an office-based role.

Experiences & Qualifications
While you don't need to meet all of the criteria some of the key areas we are looking for in your background
* Proven experience in Project Coordination works in the construction industry.
* Adobe experience desired.
* Dynamics 365 desired but not essential.
* A high level of administrative and organisational skill incorporating a high level of computer literacy.
* Experience working with Australian Standards or other technical documentation or regulations.
* A great client satisfaction track record.
* Sound knowledge of project management practices.
