Urgent Care Team Leader
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Urgent Care Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our urgent care department, you will be responsible for leading the triage of patients who present to our center.
About the Role:
* Conduct comprehensive nursing triage assessments for all patients presenting to Urgent Care
* Act promptly on any patients requiring emergency escalation or demonstrating deterioration
* Perform procedural work such as suturing and plastering as required
* Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in the dynamic Urgent Care environment
* Deliver high-quality person-centered care in collaboration with patients, families, carers, and medical practitioners
* Ensure patients achieve desired clinical outcomes through effective case management
* Provide essential health education to patients and their families
* Complete accurate and timely documentation
