About Our Client

Job Description
Oversee and manage the full development of real estate development projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, timeline, and budget.
Collaborate with external stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities, to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor compliance with KSA regulations and industry standards, ensuring that projects meet all necessary legal and safety requirements.
The Successful Applicant
Extensive experience in real estate development and construction, with a strong track record of managing large-scale projects through the entire project life cycle.
A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a senior leadership or management role within the real estate sector, preferably with exposure to the Saudi Arabian market.
Deep understanding of the real estate development life-cycle, including design, procurement, construction, and handover.
