Senior Field Service Technician

Responsibilities
* Engage with customers to assess their security requirements and identify suitable solutions
* Generate tailored solutions with a specific emphasis on Electronic Access Control Systems (EACS), CCTV, and alarm systems
* Collaborate with the Field Service Supervisor to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery success
* Provide expert knowledge of our products and services to help guide customers' purchasing decisions
* Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third‐party equipment (training provided)
* Configuration of security systems hardware and software
* Diagnose faults and repairs on security systems
Qualifications
* Experience as Security Technician or Electrician
* Ability to understand and explain electronic security systems to clients (training provided)
* Strong communication skills and a customer‐focused approach
* Self‐motivated and able to work independently without supervision
* Ability to obtain NV1
* Ability to be on call and work a rotating roster
