THE FIRM
Growing insolvency and restructuring firm seeking an Insolvency Supervisor / Assistant Manager to join the team.

There are no individual fee budgets or personal KPIs. The team works toward shared goals, fostering collaboration, support and collective success.
THE ROLE
* Managing corporate and personal appointments from commencement to completion
* Leading investigations into company affairs, transactions and insolvent trading matters
* Preparing and reviewing statutory reports to creditors, ASIC and other stakeholders
* Assisting with litigation support, recovery actions and public examinations
* Supervising, reviewing and mentoring junior team members
* Managing workflow, deadlines and client expectations across multiple engagements
* Liaising directly with creditors, directors, solicitors and financiers
* Supporting Partners with complex restructuring and advisory matters

YOU
* 4+ years insolvency experience within an Australian accounting firm
* Strong exposure to corporate insolvency engagements
* Experience supervising or mentoring junior staffPersonal insolvency experience highly regarded
* Able to manage competing deadlines and stakeholder expectations
* Team-oriented with a proactive and positive approach
