The Role Endeavour Group is seeking a Head of Group Process Excellence to establish and embed the foundational operational model for our entire organisation. This is a critical, enterprise-wide leadership role where you won’t just improve processes — you’ll design the structures, standards, and ownership that define how Endeavour works at scale. Reporting to the General Manager - Endeavour Group Optimisation, your mandate is to drive organisational maturity, resilience, and efficiency across our diverse brands and a highly regulated environment. Bring your passion and energy to the role Architect our Operational Future This role acts as a vital bridge between our operational and strategic functions. You will be responsible for: Enabling Transformation: Governance oversight for major process changes, ensuring IT transformation projects, new technology rollouts, and outsourced services are grounded in best-practice process architecture. Ensuring Compliance & Resilience: Partner with Audit, Risk, and Compliance to embed controls and ensure processes meet regulatory and internal governance requirements. Assess and report on process maturity health to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). Building Capability: Lead a team of Process Excellence Owners and Analysts; act as a senior advisor to General Managers and Executives. Champion a process excellence culture and drive capability building and engagement across the Group. Setting the Standard: Define and enforce enterprise-wide standards for process modelling and the application platforms used (e.g., SAP Signavio or similar tools). Own the Framework: Design, implement, and maintain the multi-tiered Enterprise Process Governance Framework and Methodology. Establish Accountability: Define and embed clear process ownership, accountability, and reporting across all end-to-end processes Group-wide. Drive Improvement: Lead continuous improvement programs to deliver measurable gains in efficiency, cost optimisation, compliance, and risk reduction across BAU and transformation activities. Provide senior advisory input to General Managers and executives, offering insights to influence enterprise decision-making. Now Let’s Talk About You The successful candidate will be experienced in building and leading high-performing teams. A strategic thinker who thrives in complex, ambiguous environments and can navigate competing priorities (compliance vs. efficiency).
