Restaurant and Bar Manager - Desert Gardens
to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Ulu r u, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate hospitality professional to lead our Food & Beverage operations within a 4-star hotel environment. As Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of our dining and bar venues, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, a commitment to service standards, and proven expertise in budgeting, cost control, and team development.
Key Duties
Ensure business plans and budget requirements are met in accordance with specified time frames and standard
Liaise with other department managers to maximize resources and maintain standard operating procedures
Contribute to the strategic goals and objectives of Ayers Rock Resort with responsibility to support, develop and retain staff
Ensure effective staff management to meet daily operational requirements and financial budgets
Oversee budgeting and daily cost control ensuring costs are minimized and profit generation is maximized
***You will require a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) to work in this role**
