Projects are varied, but renewables (wind, solar, BESS) form the core workload, with additional work across transport infrastructure and local government. Depending on the season, you'll be switching between fieldwork and office-based tasks.You'll support delivery of:Ecological Impact AssessmentsVegetation MappingFlora and Fauna SurveysEcological OffsetsWhy This Role?This role strengthens the Sydney presence of a well-established NSW ecology team of 13, based across regional offices. You'll be part of a national ecology team of over 30, with strong internal pathways for growth. You'll work closely with an experienced and respected Principal Ecologist who will help you continue to develop your already growing skills base.Interested in BAM?You'll be surrounded by a supportive team that knows how to get it done. Four NSW staff already hold BAM accreditation, and there's a clear path for you to follow if it's a goal. Already BAM-accredited?
