This organisation delivers high-quality residential, commercial and mixed-use developments, including off-the-plan projects, large-scale precincts and lifestyle-led assets such as retirement and wellness offerings. The Role:
As Senior Marketing Manager, you will own marketing end-to-end, from strategic positioning and brand development through to campaign execution, across multiple brands, projects and asset classes.
You will sit at the centre of a diverse and ambitious property portfolio, playing a direct and measurable role in driving commercial outcomes, not just marketing activity.
This is a role for someone who understands that marketing in property is about momentum, timing, buyer psychology and conversion, and knows how to build and sustain that momentum over long sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead marketing strategy and delivery across:
* Off-the-plan residential developments
* Large-scale mixed-use precincts
* Commercial sales and leasing campaigns
* Retirement and lifestyle-led property offerings
* Develop compelling positioning, messaging and buyer journeys aligned to commercial objectives
* Plan, manage and optimise campaigns across:
* Digital advertising
* EDM and marketing automation
* Social media
* Content marketing
* Oversee creative production including video, photography and campaign assets
* Drive CRM strategy, nurture programs and automation workflows
* Partner closely with sales teams to align marketing strategy with conversion performance
* Plan and deliver buyer events, project launches and information sessions
* Manage and brief external agencies and partners to ensure high-quality, on-brand execution
You will work directly with senior decision-makers and gain visibility across the full property development lifecycle, from early positioning through to settlement.
About You:
We are seeking a commercially minded marketing leader with proven property development experience.
You bring:
* Demonstrated success in off-the-plan residential and/or commercial property marketing
* A strategic mindset with the ability to execute through agencies and external partners
* Confidence managing multiple large-scale projects concurrently
* A strong understanding of long sales cycles and nurture-based marketing
* Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms and paid media strategy
* A data-driven, performance-focused approach to decision making
* The ability to move seamlessly between high-level strategy and detailed campaign oversight
You are accountable, organised and commercially astute, and you enjoy taking ownership.
